Ever hear these kind of phrases in your head? If you “coulda” worked harder, you would’ve gotten that promotion. You “oughta” attend that networking event, even if you don’t want to. I’m an avid reader, including NON-FICTION books. I have a weak spot (not surprisingly!) for anything that falls within the realm of self-improvement, positive psychology, and/or spirituality.  I regularly suggest to my clients that they read “this book or that one.” This past summer, I’ve found myself recommending three books in particular over and over again, so I must think they’re good! One of the many ways that I decompress after a loooooong day is to curl up in my lusciously comfy bed, under a big quilt, with 5 or 6 pillows nesting my head and neck, a noisy box fan blowing a cool breeze over my toes, my dog snoring next to me, and my Kindle in hand.
