2012 Awareness Lesson #3: DiSCing for Growth
I recently took a trip home to Central Illinois, where I grew up. While there, I visited my grandparent's old farmstead, which we lovingly called Snicarte (sny-car-tee). My grandparents, now deceased, raised 5 kids and many cows, pigs, and chickens on this 300+ acre parcel, and I spent many memorable week-ends, holidays, and summertimes there as a kid.
