I received so much positive feedback about my last client success story, I have decided to make it a regular addition to my blog. I said this last month, but it bears repeating: ALL OF YOU are the heartbeat behind my business, and the reason why I love what I do SO MUCH. These success spotlights are a way to show you a little love. This month I want to introduce you to Kathy Jasper.
There are few women in this world who have the charm and charisma of Kathy Jasper, a thirty-something mother of two and highly successful serial entrepreneur. Kathy is committed, dedicated, and hard-working, no doubt part of why everything she touches turns to gold. Thank you, Kathy, for showing us all how believing in yourself and then GOING FOR IT (even when it terrifies you!) can make all the difference in one’s life!
Here is her story:
Kathy came to Chariti Gent Coaching and Consulting looking for “that someone” to hold her accountable for what she knew she was already capable of but wasn’t doing. She was feeling very blue, like she was meant to do something more, something bigger. In addition, her career was wreaking havoc on her relationship with her children, and time spent with her fiancé was suffering due to long hours and week-end work demands. In short, she was burnt out, not taking time for herself and/or family, and on the verge of a breakdown. Kathy needed a jump-start, a new push, and some fresh momentum behind her to fuel her toward a more fulfilling life.
Chariti not only got me on track but also made me realize maybe I was settling too much in my current role and career, that maybe I should look at the bigger picture and go for a larger dream.
Kathy initially came to the coaching relationship with a deep desire to “fall in love again” with her mortgage career. However, through the coaching relationship, Kathy came to realize that what she truly needed was a major shift—that her career as a mortgage broker wasn’t “filling her” any longer. While it took a HUGE leap of faith to leave the world of mortgage (where she was well-known, had a loyal following, and had made a successful business for herself), Kathy searched deep in her soul and found the courage to break from that career and begin anew as a Realtor.
Chariti Gent Coaching and Consulting helped me not only change my career but also to look deep inside to see who I am and what I am capable of doing. Chariti is wonderful at making you feel like you can tackle the world!
Today, Kathy Jasper is setting records at her company, being one of the only agents in the company’s history to close nearly $5 million in volume in her first year. But more impressive than that, Kathy is feeling REALLY GOOD—she’s happy, the stress is gone, she has more time with her kids and future husband, and she catches herself smiling and laughing again at least a dozen times each day!
