(Video) I Invite You To Consider Who Your Ideal Client Is

Hey Coachy-Coachy Loves, me and my I-Dream-of-Jeannie hair invite you to consider who your ideal client is.

Today, I am going to be sharing with you my ideal client. I get a lot of requests where people say, “How do you find your ideal client? How do you narrow it down? How do you know who it is?”

I recently did a little 10-point list of my ideal client and I’m going to share it with you in hopes that it gives you a little inspiration.

  1. My ideal client is a woman 30 to 55 years old who is serious about building a sustainable coaching business through smart work, hard work, and fun work. I always like to hashtag it #WillingToCoachHerAssOff because that’s what it takes to build a coaching business. You’ve got to be willing to coach your ass off.
  2. My ideal client takes pride in and respects the profession to the utmost, so much so that she would marry it if she could. She lives to serve others and pays her bills on time.
  3. My ideal client believes in her dreams enough that she’s willing to take out a second mortgage to get her business off the ground. She’s a risk-taker with a plan.
  4. She has dragon-like doubts and is willing to learn to slay them. I love that “dragon-like,” because we all have them. Strong and courageous is the theme.
  5. She moves and shakes every day without fear or apology. She puts herself out there and is visible like the Eiffel Tower.
  6. Not a victim. Has more Audible credits dedicated to self-development books than you can shake a stick at.
  7. Appreciates the serious and the whacky. My idea client laughs, has fun, plays, creates, and loves.
  8. Is often times distracted by her competitors and others (let’s be real), AND this does not derail her. She’s on track always.
  9. She lets me listen to her and she listens to me, and we trust each other.
  10. Finally, my ideal client understands that she can’t love others until she really loves herself first.

That’s what I’ve got for your today. Go find your own ideal client.
